I agree with Carol on both counts. Here's a link to one of GrandPre's
drawings from OotP. Hermione is almost identical in both shots.

I also think the three figures are looking up at the dark mark, not
Harry and Dumbledore. I believe the dark mark scene is superimposed on
top of the pensieve scene.  They might be related, but imo they're
separate events.
