They can go shopping at DE run shops. You know there have to be loads
of people who secretly support Voldemort. Who knows, maybe Ollivander
is one of them. Maybe there's a mail order for wands as well. My point
is that just because we've only seen Ollivander's, that doesn't mean
that the escaped DEs had to get their wands there.
