Since the question phrased what *kind* of magic would he have used I
won't say that the suggestions above aren't valid, I think they are.
But since the question was what kind of magic *would* Harry have used
to kill. The answer has to be none. He wouldn't have done it, he just
said that he would blinded by his pain, when faced with the actual
real decision to do kill Sirius (or anyone) coldbloodedly I doubt he
would go through with it.
