It didn't require such a skilled a wizard as Slughorn to do it. Anyone can
play an old gramophone without electricity. They're crank-operated. So no
flint. (IIRC, Lupin had one in the celluloid version of PoA.)
What we need magic for is to figure out how to shrink the gramophone down
to iPod size for jogging purposes. ;-)
