ahh...That explains it!  That could be Snape's defense; afterall the
MoM viewed DD as a threat to their authority and NOW we have proof of
it - neatly packaged up :)  And not to mention, that Harry had formed
an army to destroy another wizard - Dumbledore's Army.  That nails it :)
