Bart:
More than his friend's sister. After growing up, exposed to families, 
but effectively having none of his own, Harry met a large family who 
treated him like one of them. It is no great leap to say that, at the 
very least on an emotional level, Harry considers the Weasleys to be 
family, so it's more than his best friend's sister; it's practically 
like she's his own sister (which was a reason why it took them so long 
to get together...).
