You can say it again. Don't we all know how the WW's legal system 
operates? Sending people to Azkaban without a trial and/or using 
only the flimsiest of evidence as a pretext. Messing with other 
persons' minds without by-your-leave just because they happen to be 
muggle. Passing the legislation designed to support slave-holding 
and all sorts of discrimination.  But what the magical legislation, 
imperfect though it is, has to say to anything? Even if Snape can 
get away with a murder under the WW's Law it doesn't alter the fact 
that he committed one.
