Spinner's End ---- From a different perspective

I wonder, whether it has already been mentioned. If so, please let me
know the discussion's topic. I have a different interpretation of the
title of the second chapter in HBP:

A spinner of course could be a liar. But he could also be somebody who
spinns string. So it could also be the sealment of the end of the one
who spinns something. For example countermeasures or means of
information. Then this spinner, whose end is sealed is Dumbledore. If
so, then the title of the chapter says very little about Snape.

What is your opinion about this idea?
