Whiz:  
Nowhere does it say that Purebloods think half bloods shouldn't be
taught wizard ways.  Half bloods are tolerated.  It's only muggleborns
and halfbreeds that Purebloods have issues with.  For all the reasons
that Draco torments Harry, it's never about his mixed blood, but he
loves to remind everyone that Hermione is muggleborn.
