Then there's the ever popular spin that exists in politics. A microscopic
kernel of truth surrounded by lies, innuendoes and half truths for the
purpose of manipulation... It could also fit in that chapter but we don't
know if the spin doctor was Snape, Cissy or even Voldermort at this point.
