This is one of those things that I hope JKR explains in the seventh
book. I too have noticed how the twins seem to know things before they
happen. We know there were time turners that allowed people to travel
into the past, but what if there are devices to allow people to travel
into the future. Who knows what else Fred and George knicked from
Filch's office. 
The twins Quidditch incident was quite a subplot in Goblet of Fire. I
wonder how much of this issue will get movie time. I think that may be
a clue as to the importance of their "ability" to "guess" how things
will occur.
