The Horcrux and the Dark Mark

If it does turn out that the last horcrux is inside Harry I wonder if 
Harry could use it to his advantage? I believe that Voldemort is able 
to manipulate Harry (and Nagini without magic) because he has a piece 
of his soul inside of them. Couldn't Harry also use the horcrux inside 
of him to manipulate Nagini and the DEs? Couldn't Harry some how 
activate the Dark Marks on the DEs and send them to some sort of trap? 

Hermione got the idea of the DA coins from the Dark Mark. I wonder if 
it would be possible to create a spell or potion that could be used to 
attack all the DEs via contact with only one Dark Mark tattoo. 

You know, something that would work like a chain reaction--like a 
virus.
