Pat now:

The parallels with Harry here are remarkable.  He also grew up in a 
Muggle neighborhood, being the local weird kid (thanks to Dudley!), 
with all the teasing - and loneliness - that that entailed.  He also 
expected that all that would stop when he got to Hogwarts, and then he 
met Draco!
