Nope, that most faithful servant was Barty Crouch, Jr.  Not Wormtail.

If you read the bit where Voldy comes back to life, he mentions his 
most loyal servant at Hogwarts - he was talking about Barty - Snape is 
the one who he thinks has left him forever, and will be killed.
