the 15 years earlier was in 1980 - not 1981.  So, Regulus couldn't be
at GH that night in Oct. of 1981.  Harry was at Grimmald Place, during
the summer of 1995 in OotP, cleaning the house when Sirius stated
that.  I have a bigger theory about Regulus, which I posted over a
month ago and I'm sticking to it.  Deals with why Snape turned.
