Griffin782002 now:

I am not sure, but that locket had the symbol of
Slytherin on would have more logical for JKR to
mention it? We read the book but we can't "see" what
Harry and the others "see", only with our imagination.
Unless of course she wanted to tease us and make us
create more theories.
