Dumbstruck? Not really although I hadn't put it together in this context as of yet. I've been saying for six books now that Draco Malfoy was/is my prime candidate for werewolf/vampirism. And he does mention that Fenrir Greyback is a family friend. Certainly his symptoms are similar to Lupin's. Its a strong possibility. A very strong possibility.
