who bought the Peruvian instant darkness powder

One thing I've been wondering is who bought the Peruvian instant darkness 
powder from Fred and George's shop.  I've been wondering whether or not 
there could have either been a death eater on the scene at the time Fred and 
George were explaining to Harry its use, or whether it was someone else who 
had taken polly juice potion and was masquerading as another person. 
Somehow, I don't think Malfoy would have gone into the shop, since he thinks 
of the Weesley family as riff raff.  Perhaps in book 7, Ron will speak to 
the twins and find out who bought it.
