PJ answers:
Since Harry is the only one left standing that night (that we know of), I think Dumbledore must take the memory directly from Harry.

Does anyone know if a memory removed is a duplicate or the only memory?  Harry doesn't remember that night other than a scream and a flash of green and I've wondered if that was because Dumbledore has his memory of it or if it was because he was so young.
