I think you're right. I snipped the part about Draco "seeing" it, but 
that's a strong possibility too. Now, another question might be: could 
she have had the locket at one time? 

Hmm...maybe we should look at the timeline and see if Bella delayed in 
delivering the horcrux? ;-)
