As whinny as Draco is....as harry saw lupin over the Christmas 
holidays...as Draco was not absent during full moon(due to b-days 
happening around him)...I think Draco is a DE...(the one thing Draco 
would not whine openly about..)..

The one thing about HBP...we never hear draco whine apart from when 
madam maulkin was tailoring one of his sleeves in her shop..
