classes". A rule that is rarely upheld. People get 
jinxed/hexed/cursed all the time in between classes and never get 
punished for it. Hermione never even gets punished for the spots on 
Marietta. They just get trips to the hospital wing.

Too right. Sometimes HP world reminds me of "Animal Farm." There are 
some animals who are more equal than others.
