  I don't think it's likely that anyone could have switched the locket without LV realizing it.  Harry realizes as soon as he sees the locket close up that it's not the same one he saw in the pensieve -- it's too large and the engraved Slytherin mark is missing.  I find it hard to believe that Voldemort wouldn't have noticed those details...
