That's exactly the point of view that strengthens my opinion that 
Rowling has created a story arc not far removed from Shylock. The funny 
thing is, she could easily do it without ever meaning to. See her rant 
against "media for anorexia" campaign, when she herself is as full of 
stereotypes on the issue as any glossy magazine.
