I doubt it.  As far as I can recall he hasn't really done anything 
harmful to anyone (except emotionally with regard to his family of 
course), he's just been a real jerk.  To paraphrase Sirius, the 
world is not divided between well-acting people and those under the 
imperious curse.  My guess is that he'll come around by the end of 
the story.
