Just tagging on here.  How is Snape supposed to know how Harry will 
react to seeing the memory?  He may still mostly believe that Harry 
is just like James.  When Snape discovers Harry at the pensieve, 
Snape seems to believe that Harry finds the whole scene enjoyable, 
amusing, like father, like son.  Snape has been humiliated all over 
again.  His concern is that Harry not say a word about what he saw.

I doubt Snape has a lot of insight into Harry's character, because he 
is using out-of-date references, nor did he gain insight during 
Occlumency; he only had his prejudices confirmed.
