Hard to say, but frankly, many of the order still think of Harry as a 
'kid' and might not even fully believe him about Snape...

Voldemort will very likely use the vow to protect Draco to control 
Snape.  He may even have set all this up to force a leash on Snape 
through it in the first place..  "Do my bidding Severus or the kid gets 
it....and you die trying to protect him from... me..."
