I agree with everyone who said that there is no time when Harry 
says "abra cadabra" unless you are reading the books translated to 
Spanish, in which case you will find out that they mistranslated this 
paragraph from COS's first chapter: 

-"Jiggery pokery!" said Harry in a fierce voice. "Hocus pocus
squiggly wiggly -"

Into this:
—¡Abracadabra! —dijo Harry con voz enérgica—. ¡Pata de cabra! 
¡Patatum, patatam!

Could that be that you own the books in Spanish? I know I do :)
