Did they /know/ that Snape was the one who heard the prophecy? Perhaps
the shock of the news made them forget their numbers. Also, it is most
likely that Dumbledore was the only one in the order who trusted Snape
fully - perhaps Remus and McGonagall were close seconds, but after the
shock of what happened, everyone is questioning his loyalty. Give them
time, surely one of them will start working it out.
