I don't think Harry had really thought about it.  I can speak from 
experience that true rage is a VERY strong emotion, completely all-
encompassing, and it tends to trump all rational thought...not to 
mention making you feel as though anything is possible.  SO I doubt 
Harry had a "plan" at all...just that pure rage, which he thought 
would be enough.
