   I hope that's not so.  The link between LV and Harry plays a lot to
 my theory that Dumbledore plans to take advantage of what Voldemort
sees.  My theory is Dumbledore polyjuiced as Wormtail will learn of
the Horcruxes locations from Voldemort when Voldemort "sees" Harry
hunting for them.  Voldemort will entrust the only person he does not
fear, Wormtail, with the knowledge of the Horcrux locations. 
Voldemort, driven by paranoia, will command Wormtail to move the
Horcruxs to safer locations.
