Laurawkids:  No I don't think so either.  I'm proposing Petunia is
a half-sister to Lily, and the elf blood comes from the parent they
do not share.

It might point to him as the one who does magic late in life.  That
would certainly make them change positions on how they feel about
magic.

OOOHHHH, if it happened in the summertime, Dudders could go to
Hogwarts and be an Ickle Firstie when Harry is in his 7th.  He could
meet all of Harry's friends and favorite animals!  hahaha  He could
get locked in a Chamber under the School just as Harry was locked in
a Closet under the Stairs.
