4.  Lastly, you can not apparate in or on the grounds of Hogwarts, so Dobby
did not apparate or disapparate there.  It says so in "Hogwarts, a History."
That was put into the movie only.

Actually, JKR has addressed this, I think on her web site somewhere, saying
that house elves, with their own special kind of magic can apparate inside
Hogwarts.  Dobby does it several times in the books, starting with
apparating into and out of the hospital wing in COS, after Harry is hit by
the rogue bludger.
