I like the thought of Petunia imprisoned at Grimmauld Place. I'm also
aware that the locket could be part of the Kreacher cache. We have to
remember that Mundungus was caught nicking and selling items from
Grimmauld Place so that locket could be very hard to find or in the
hands of someone terribly inconvenient.
