Actually, I've just been rereading SS/PS for another group's read through.
Minerva never said, in the books, that the Dursleys are the "worst sort of
Muggles".  That is movie contamination.  She said something about them being
as unlike the WW as it is possible to be.  I'm going by the audio book as
read by Jim dale, so it is the American edition.

Just clarifying.
