LOL, I recall an interview in which JKR said Snape was one of her 
favorite characters, but she wouldn't want to have dinner with him.

Potioncat:
It seems an odd thing for Ron to say, but maybe it's Ron's way of 
assuring Harry that Snape is only at 12 GP for meetings. If you think 
about it, a lot of the Order members don't stay for dinner. Isn't it 
pretty much just the Weasleys, Lupin, Tonks, Black, and Mundungus?

Molly will correct Harry later when he says "Snape" by reminding him 
that it's "Professor Snape." So I don't think Molly has any ill will 
toward the professor.
