I was watching the "Prisoner of Azkaban" movie last evening and was
struck by one of the lines from Prof. Lupin. After noting, as have so
many others, that Harry has his mother's eyes, he told Harry that Lily
had a special gift of being able to "see" the good in others. I'm
wondering whether anyone has discussed the theory that what makes
Lily's eyes so special and so important to the conclusion of the story
is their ability to see (or feel really) the goodness in others?
