Keep in mind that most other character are either young, died young, 
or have lead relatively mundane lives.

While Dean Thomas is not my favorite character, I think that a book 
about his father's life and eventual death would be interesting.  
From what I gather, Mr. Thomas's death was heroic.  It would be a 
shame for that to go unwritten, in my opinion.

Supposedly Muggle-born Dean was the son of a wizard, but he doesn't 
know it.  Maybe at the end of that book or chapter, he would somehow 
find out.
