Yes, but that was years later in HBP. Draco changed a lot over that
summer. At this point in time though, Draco is not a physically
aggressive boy. And since CoS Harry has stopped treating him as a
threat. Harry doesn't *like* Draco, but he doesn't fear him.

I'm not sure Draco *does* know this. He, more than any other student
I think, tends to resist the whole "Boy Who Lived" cult of
personality. And he shares classes with Harry where Harry does end
up looking a bit less than wonderous.
But I'm not sure what your ultimate point is here. Are you saying
that Draco has decided to threaten Harry here and now on the train
because he thinks he's got more of a chance to take Harry down?
Because I really don't think Draco was posing a physical threat at
all.
