	Actually, I think that both come from the same basic source; the 
British "public school" system. It's a common story form for young 
people to have a group of friends at a British public school get 
involved in a mystery; even the types of the hero, the fun loving 
friend, the heavyset clumsy one and the brainy girl are pretty much 
stereotypes.
