'The Hallows' is the name of the section of Minas Tirith where the
dead are laid to rest. It is reached via Fen Hollen ('the closed door')
and  no one is supposed to enter there except at times of funeral or 
to maintain the tombs.

Could the Deathly Hallows be behind the locked door at the
Ministry of Magic?
