It may depend on how you view the word "holy". It doesn't necessarily have 
to be related to worship and faith - though that is how I usually see it as a 
Christian.

One of my dictionaries gives a second meaning as "morally and spiritually 
excellent and to be revered." This could certainly fit possibilities within the 
Wizarding world.
