Claudia:
I see Tonks' storyline as the reverse to Ginny's in CoS: There we 
think all the time that Ginny's odd behaviour is due to her interest 
in Harry, but in fact she's being possessed by Tom Riddle. With Tonks 
it's the other way round: we suspect something sinister there, but in 
fact it's "only" love.
