If you read some of the responses to my post, you will see that most 
people disagree with the author of this scholarly article regarding 
JKR's "libertarianism".  I personally think JRK is far, far way from 
being a libertarian!  She is a very socially minded person who cares 
greatly about the less fortunate of this world. And that is why she is 
a great author and is able to write such a wonderful series as HP.
