Angie again:
It makes no sense to me that Snape would apparate anywhere else but
LV's feet. He can't go near anyone in the Order (unless DD told
someone specifically why he trusts Snape and we are unaware of it).
If he hides Draco to protect him, LV will see that as an act of
betrayal, I would think.
If he wants to leave the Order, the time has never been better.
If he doesn't want to leave the Order, he has to report to LV. I
know there are people who are neither DE or in the Order, but Snape
cannot be one of them.
