  There appear to be different varieties of charms and to my mind this would be one. An Unplottable to avoid appearing on maps (or probably satellite images too), unplottable to make eyes slide past it, unplottable to make the building appear as something other than it is (Hogwart's, St. Mungo's).  I suspect that part of "getting better" at magic would include being able to subtly vary a main charm/spell/curse.
