Patricia:
I don't think that the HPL Black family tree is meant to be THE 
tapestry as much as just the record of the family. I doubt that JK 
meant for the tapestry to look exactly like that as much as she was 
just trying to impart the lineage and perhaps reveal secrets. The 
lovely people at HPL were just putting Draco on there to show the 
relationship.
