We have the evidence for annoyed, but not for jealous. That's just 
interpretation.
And Snape has lots of legitimate reasons to be annoyed. First of all, he 
might think Lupin is dangerous to be around children. He might believe 
Lupin is in league with Black, so it's not good to have him around when 
Black is likely to attempt to break into the school.
He might find it unpleasant to have to deal with Lupin on the 
superficially polite professional level.
Lots of reasons for him to be annoyed before we need to invoke jealousy 
as an explanation.
