I think that is good. We can also reasonably assume that no matter WHAT Crouch/
Moody taught them, he would never believe they would be a match for LV. That would 
not be even in his frame of reference as the most slavish, adoring DE besides Bella. 
Indeed, we know that it was the wands and the effect of brother wands not fighting 
that had the most to do with Harry's escape. Hmmm. So, that begs another point...we 
know LV won't "duel" again so the denouement is going to have to be done in some 
other way.
