Albus says that he is "not entirely sure Aberforth can read", and he 
is not described as doing any useful magic at any point. Can he also 
be a squib of sorts? I admit he has been charged of "inappropriate 
magic" involving goats, but maybe this has to do with him being 
ALMOST completely a squib...
